Hi all,

I can save the configuration by typing save but it ask me to confirm yes/no.

Is there any command like save /f to avoid the question?

As far as I know, there isn't such a direct "save" command on S switches (without having to answer "yes" as a confirmation).
There is a provisional solution, naturally, just paste "save" and "yes" in separate lines followed by the empty line (or CR-LF at least).

It's not perfect and rather primitive solution :)  but works in many cases (sadly, not with "execute batch-file" command).

You can also use "set save-configuration " to atomatically and periodically save configuration file after changes but I don't think that's what you're looking for.

Regards, Piotr

Thank you for your reply.

I learnt that the save command is enough into eSight when using Smart Configuration Tool. I tested and it's OK for me.

I didn't know the "set save-configuration" and I found "set save-configuration delay" to automatically save after a change after a delay setted, which is great as well.

So thanks for your help,
