Abstract

This issue describes documents and tools provided for FusionSphere troubleshooting.

Documents for troubleshooting: We provide the following documents for FusionSphere troubleshooting: case library, alarm help, common fault handling, emergency handling, parts replacements, and information collection.

Technical Forum: Handling suggestions for common problems are provided on the Huawei cloud computing technical forum for your reference. You can also raise questions on the forum. Huawei technical experts will answer your questions.

Information collection tool: We provide an information collection tool, FusionCare. It can be used to collect fault information to facilitate fault locating.
