Hello there,

I had an issue with the specified router included in the Title, i am not so sure if it is the router problem or my ISP but my ISP accused your company that is in your end problem.(they said because the updates on my Samsung S8 cause this disconnections)-which doesn't ring a bell to me :]

Following problem:

Everyday after lunch time when i Play using Ethernet via laptop, and using Discord App on my mobile trough Wifi i have Disconnection in both devices about 10-40 seconds, it happens once or twice a day. 


I don't have a clue how to fix it, and they said that it is not their problem....

Any help would be appreciated.
