Directly connected EBGP peer can’t be establish by loopback interface.

Similar as the previous case, EBGP peer is established by outbound interface, we must use command “Ebgp-max-hop”, because loopback interface is not directly connected.
Normally using loopback to establish EBGP is not recommended.
Using physical interface is recommended, for example the L3vpn environment.
