Cannot load.cc file

The way you upgrade is not right, it is now for the next time to start loading the file, the file needs to be transmitted.

Cannot load.cc file

I do not understand. transmitted to where and HOW?

1. ftp to my server and get file to my switch

2.dir and check if my file is loaded/transferred to the switch

3.dis startup

4.startup system-software to load the new file to be the next startup

5.dis startup to verify the above (4)

6.reboot

which step am I missing here that would cause the error I sent earlier?

 please explain your response
