Can Rate Limit Be Configured on an Eth-Trunk?

The S chassis switch support rate limit for incoming traffic on an Eth-Trunk. The rate limit is configured by using the qos car command. After rate limit is configured:
If the member interfaces of the Eth-Trunk are on different boards, the rate limit applies to each interface individually.
If the member interfaces of the Eth-Trunk are on the same board, the member interfaces share the bandwidth specified by the rate limit. The bandwidth is distributed on the member interfaces randomly.
