Last year facebook had launched its new product, coined as 'WorkPlace', either Huawei should buy this new product from Facebook, for the worldwide customers, to share and obtain customer experience, where, each one of us could share its individual's experience, troubleshooting cases or any experience. Where, specific groups could also be established to share personalized and relevant experiece. or Huawei should develop something similar, which will enable all the customers to share their experiences, and obtain run time support, either from an individual with the similar experience, or from Huawei support team directly.

1. Do you have tips to share? What would inspire you to share the best work you ever did in network planning, roll out, or troubleshooting? ( bonus, prize, honor ....) Fistly most important thing with sharing is being very simple with very understanding words, pictures and graphics. We should know that everybody doesnot need very detailed informations. My first principal with sharing is being simple and adding or referring to a very detailed document(s). The most motivating issue is honor because it is everytime can be remembered ( especially when it comes from managers ). If you want i can share my work like that. 2. How do you like to share? Do you prefer a forum, blog, or a wiki? Where would you like to put your information up for everyone to read and discuss? I like to share with my company community. But if i were sharing somewhere it would be a forum or mail group. 3. Which kind of information do you prefer to share ? What information do you think is the most valuable for sharing with other customers? Expert tips?Lessons learned during projects? Case studies? Q&A? I think most important problem in communication Technologies is there is too many topics and new technologiees to learn. So being simple is very important and this kind of sharing is more valuable but later we should know that there should be more referred document or resources. I especially like to share basic expalantions with nice visualisaton and then case studies and lessons during Projects. 4. Do you know any other places where great sharing is happening? What kinds of sites and systems stimulate people to share and engage with each other? Forums are best places to share because most information we learn in our company our managers dont want us to share and if we share with our names in linkedin or in facebook and if our managers learns that we can lose our job  But in forum with our nicknames we can share everything and everybody will feel free with doing this. 5. Or perhaps you have some ideas yourself about what could encourage sharing valuable information on products and technologies. Would you tell your ideas to us? Firstly localisation is very important for that. Too many engineers or technicians around the World are not very good with english. Huawei is very big organisation. You can translate or add subtitles to some videos or documents. This will have a great help. Another way for that is, if you want somebody to share valuable information he/she would find something valuable for themselves. This is not every time a prize or somethin like that. That can be a document, an answer of a question in his/her mind about some Technologies or finding someone easily ask and get answers of something. And if you will have a platform like that ( i think forum is the best ) it should be very easy to reach the information. For example if i am an RF Optimisation engineer i will know where i look. If you look for more information for example internet site name etc. You can contact me.

I do recommend using all activity with rewards and public topics forum. Moreover, direct contact to
customers, partners, and creating designated groups going to be very useful. Where parties feels their
impotency to Huawei. Rewards, certificates, Seminars and gathering invitation going to great and very
appreciated.
Send invitation to your parties every now and then, have them at your sight and seize from
their experience.
I do suggest on a topics where to concentrate on development, market demands and senior IT expertise.
getting localized business and market experts brain storming with international or world wide ones going to push production line ahead.

Hello All:

Reference Architectures with posted configurations are extremely useful to data center architects. Here is a great example from HP. https://www.hpe.com/h20195/v2/getpdf.aspx/4AA5-4603ENW.pdf?ver=1.0

Also, since you are trying to break into the North American market I would recommend very inexpensive NFR gear so that people can learn and show your stuff. About 30 percent of engineer learning will be from 'dog food'. Running the gear in the consultants own infrastructure.

I would like to suggest you to keep followup on each big project implementation where ever it is through your concern channel managers, During and after the implementation to get the case study of that project with required inputs.
There should be predefined online form need to be designed for the users in which they can provide you the desired inputs.
I think that will be really fruitful for you initially.

As per my own observations & working experience with multiple vendors, all have one common gap/issue observed. Whenever any technical fault occurred or during critical/challenge situation faced by customer the vendor didn't share actual estimated time to repair (ETR) and avoid to share actual Root Cause Analysis (RCA). And I think this is the reason customer is silently dissatisfied with customer service.

I would like to suggest when a customer is upset, it is a great time to show your dedication towards working with them to remediate the situation. And try to use this time to consistently follow up with them; meet with them, go above and beyond for them to show how much you are taking efforts and provide detailed status updates as your export team is working through the problem, and listen their opinions. It will increase their trust in your company and build a positive, productive working relationship which will be lead to the better way for customer service.

"In generally the service design or the service delivery can be improved to achieve a high quality of customer service. The service design consists in service product design, service facility design and service process designated".

I hope that it will be best way to improve customer service and be responsive.

--> When finish trouble shooting one problems, i will share this and find the root case of the problem to prevent this.

-> The share is only for mail the link and then the file that you want to share, on some inner website page of company is the best.

--> The way that HW doing is right, share every where on internet maybe youtube , facebook ,,,,
