ACL on AR1200

Normally on NE devices it is possible to classify packets based on ACLs. We can use traffic classifier, traffic behavior and traffic policy configuration, then assign this policy to interface. How it is solved in eNSP? As I can see we can create access lists, but how we can assign this ACL to interface. There is such command:

[Huawei-Ethernet0/0/0]ip app policy acl ?
  INTEGER<3000-3999>  Apply advanced ACL

But we can only assign advanced ACL.

How is it implemented in other way than on real router? I cannot find such command in manual for AR1200.

And the second strange thing:

[Huawei-Ethernet0/0/1]ip ?
  address             Address
binding             Enable binding of an interface with a VPN instance
forward-broadcast   Specify IP directed broadcast information
  netstream           Netstream feature
policy-based-route  Enable policy based routing on the interface
  topology            The name of topology
  verify              IP verify

There is no such command for Ethernet 0/0/1, why?

I can mention that ACL with traffic policy works properly on S3700, S5700.
