999119249 error appears when trying to download the recording of one camera.

The error code means recording download function does not support the video encoding format.

The video encoding format of this camera is MJPEG, Which is not supported by VCN recording download function.

Change the video encoding format from MJPEG to H.264 to solve the issue.
