A client attempts to log in to a VM from the WI. During authentication, the connection socket fails to be created between the client and the VM or gateway. The error code is 10048 or 98.

Possible causes

The local port used by the client has been used by another client or application.

Troubleshooting method

Method 1: try to log in to the VM again.

Method 2: restart the TC and try again later.
