Can a 5KTL-M1 also be used in a delta grid 3x230V, thus without (N)?

If so, how?

Hello, dear.

SUN2000-5KTL-M1 supported power grid types:

The SUN2000 supports TN-S, TN-C, TN-C-S, TT, and IT power grids.

  • When the SUN2000 is used in the TT power grid, the N-to-PE voltage must be less than 30 V.

  • When the SUN2000 is used in the IT power grid, set Isolation to Input ungrounded, with TF.

What does the IT-grid mean? Output 3x400V or 3x230V of the SUN2000?

without (N), three-phase

The given answers are still blur for me. In a IT grid, does the 5ktl-m1 give 3x230V (thus without N) as output or 3x400 (without N)? This is important to know because there are still a lot of 3x230 grids (without N) everywhere in the world. If, by changing a parameter or parameters, it is possible, I would like to know how. Not a good idea to put 3x400V from the 5ktl-m1 on this 3x230V grid directly. Already thank you for your answers.

A to B or A to C or B to C is 400/380
Voltage from phase A to the ground is 220 / 230
You can see those parameters in the user manual.
I agree for a 3x400V+N setting. But what about the grid reference table? This mentions that the inverter is in accordance with C10/11. According to this technical regulation C10/11, an inverter should be able to work in a 3x230V grid without N by changing a parameter. Perhaps I didn’t express myself correctly, but isn’t it so that, in a IT setting, that the output from the inverter is then 3x230V, if the technical regulation has been followed?

All right, we’re going around in circles here. That’s a pity. I thougt to find somenone technical who knows his inverters and that they are according the technical regulation C10/11, meaning: in a 3x400V+N setup we have 230V between fase and N and in a IT (without N) setup we have 230V between two fases, thus every time the 230V is present, no matter what setup is choosen but I thought wrong. Otherwise, in my opinion, the IT setting would be useless if its output is 3x400V because in domestic grids, the pure 3x400V grid is simply not used or even available, only the pure 3x230V grid without N. I’m sorry to have bothered you ...

Sorry, if you want to feedback on some news, you can contact the inverter team. eu_inverter_support@huawei.com

Hello, have you found a solution already, I'm having the same problem here in Belgium (3x220V),greetings
