Hello, friend!

The range of radio channel spectrum resources is planned by each country.

The Wi-Fi spectrum supported by the device depends on your country.

If your area only supports 5Ghz wifi in the 36 to 64 spectrum, this cannot be changed.

If you can, you can provide the complete model of your country and device for confirmation.

Thanks!

No my country support upto 165 channel. My friends who buy Xiaomi and tp link router also shows upto 165 . The problem is in my router which won't allow to use upper channel. If you don't believe me then search on Google and find out Bangladesh support 5ghz channel

Hi, friend!
I am Sorry! I believe you, my friend, but the wifi channel is so spec, and since my question was not stated clearly, I reconfirmed the following:
1. The WS5200 currently supports CE authentication. Therefore, channels 149 to 165 are not opened on the WS5200.
2. If the mobile phone is standard Bangladesh specifications, 5G Wi-Fi can be connected to 5G low channels. Therefore, the use of 5G Wi-Fi will not be affected. Only non-Bangladesh mobile phones will be affected.

Hi, honey!
I'm aware of your question, and I don't know if you understand the above, but I'm sorry to say that.
The forum is mainly used for enterprise network devices. The WS5200 is a consumer product. We have sent your question to the Consumer Platform and they will deal with it accordingly.

Hello friend! hope it can help:

Cause:
If the computer cannot detect the Wi-Fi signal, this issue may be caused because your router does not support the 5 GHz frequency band.

Solution:
Check whether you are using a router that supports the 5 GHz frequency band.
If so, check whether the channel settings of your router match the local channel on the router management screen. For example, select channels 36 to 64 or channels 149 to 165 in China. For details on how to check the channel, read the router description or consult the router provider.
If your router does not support the 5 GHz frequency band, change to the 2.4 GHz frequency band.

Hello, friend!

I'm sorry for the bad experience. The WS5200 is a consumer device. I've sent your questions to the consumer platform.

In addition, it was confirmed that the device supports 5 GHz Wi-Fi.

If a general-purpose mobile phone or terminal (supporting all channels), the mobile phone or terminal can use 5 GHz Wi-Fi with low channels.

The Wi-Fi names for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz are the same by default. You will be automatically connected to the faster Wi-Fi network. If you want to use 5 GHz Wi-Fi only, you can disable the Prioritize 5 GHz feature by performing the following steps:

1) Connect your phone to the router's Wi-Fi network.

2) Enter 192.168.3.1 in your browser address bar and follow the onscreen instructions to log in.

3) Select My Wi-Fi and disable Prioritize 5 GHz.You will now be able to find two Wi-Fi network names. Connect to the Wi-Fi network with "_5G" at the end of its name.

Frequency bands and power

(a) Frequency bands in which the radio equipment operates: Some bands may not be available in all countries or all areas. Please contact the local carrier for more details.

(b) Maximum radio-frequency power transmitted in the frequency bands in which the radio equipment operates: The maximum power for all bands is less than the highest limit value specified in the related Harmonized Standard. The frequency bands and transmitting power (radiated and/or conducted) nominal limits applicable to this radio equipment are as follows:

Wi-Fi 2.4G: 20 dBm;

Wi-Fi 5G: 5150-5350 MHz: 23 dBm, 5470-5725 MHz: 30 dBm.

Thanks!
