To my knowledge, 4G differs from 5G in the following terms:

4G

The name of the base station for eNodeB 4G.
EPC: Evolved Packet Core.

5G

gNodeB5G base station name.
SA. Standalone Network.
NSA: Non-Standalone Network.
NR: New Radio, 5G wireless air interface technology.
eMBB: Enhanced Mobile Bandwidth.
mMTC: Massive Machine Class Communication.
uRLLC: Ultra Reliable Low Latency Communication.
