Kindly refer to the following information.

Impact on the System

The interface specified in the alarm cannot send or receive packets. The RUN indicator of the device is off, and the Alarm indicator is steady red.

Possible Causes

The PHY hardware component became faulty.

Procedure

Use a normally running interface to replace the faulty interface, and reconfigure service parameters on this interface.

If this alarm is generated on multiple interfaces, the board may be damaged. Please contact the TAC for repair or replacement.
