5680T, the account password is correct, telnet cannot log in.

5680T, the account password is correct, telnet cannot log in. The system is WIN7 64 bit. The same account password can be logged in normally when logging in with telnet in WIN2003 system without prompting an error. Switching back to WIN7 64-bit system, it prompts an error Username or password invalid. Logging in to another 5680T is normal again. Only this one is the problem, and the computer that has been changed to another WIN7 system cannot log in with another account, and it can log in again when it is changed to WIN2003.

Please, I need help!
