Hello, friend!
Based on the problem description, you can run the following command to configure the configuration:
interface giu 0/19
native-vlan 0 vlan 200
In the preceding configuration, the native VLAN of the upstream port of the OLT is set to 200, which means that the OLT removes the VLAN tag from the packets sent to the upper-layer device and sends the packets to the upper-layer device without the VLAN tag. Can the upper-layer network process the packets normally? You do not need to set the native VLAN to 200.
1. Delete the native VLAN configuration and try again.
2. If the problem persists, perform PPPoE dialup simulation according to the following links: (In the product documentation, choose Commonly Used Methods of Fault Locating and Troubleshooting > Service Simulation Test.) Check whether the channel between the OLT and the upper-layer switch is normal.
