Handling Process
First, make sure the database documents under directory eLogDB will be reservered or not.
1. If not, delete the database documents under directory eLogDB, and reinstall the log server;
2. If the database documents under directory eLogDB need to be reservered, associate them with the database.
Please refer to the SQL Server HELP to get more about the specific method.
Root Cause
The database documents under directory elogDB are not associated with the SQL Server database. There are two cases:
1. The ghost mirror recovery is used during the installation and the
database documents are not associated with the SQL Server, which results
in that the documents can’t be written in when the Secospace eLog
administration system is reinstalled.
2. The problem also occurs if the database documents are not associated manually after SQL Server were reinstalled.
