2. Handling Method
If the 4G communication stick cannot be added, check the status of the indicator on the communication stack. Determine the fault based on the blinking status of the indicator. Then, check whether the parameters are correctly set and whether the SIM card is in arrears. Then, check whether the signal quality at the installation location is good.
3. Handling Procedure
There are three inverters and two communication rods on site. After cross verification, the inverters cannot be connected. The parameter settings are correct, the signal quality is good, and the indicators are steady red and green.
Finally, ask the customer to export the inverter log. The inverter is shipped earlier and the inverter version is earlier. After the inverter is upgraded, the customer successfully adds the inverter.
