3G/LTE Connection

Hello, I have an AR157-HSPA+7, software version: V200R005C20SPC200.

I have problem to connect to internet by a 3G connection and I don't know where is the problem. These are the steps that I have made to connect it.

- Restore factory settings

- Internet access wizard, using 3G/LTE interface

- Selected NAT and always online

- Configure LAN as usual and save

- Create an APN with my configuration and select it when apply changes in the 3G/LTE interface

But it doesn't work. I can see in the device information, item 3G/LTE that the carrier is my company, the signal is OK but the working status is Disconnected.

What is the wrong thing?

Another way, is to check your USB dongle. Can you please attach the model of the USB dongle you are using?

 

AR router supports a limited list of them, not all models are supported.

I'm sorry, but I don't use any USB dongle, the Router have a SIM slot. I only insert my SIM into this slot.
