Hi there,

I am trying to upgrade my UMPT card from BTS3900_5900 V100R013C10SPC180 to BTS3900_5900 V100R013C10SPC180 but the upgrade fails and the active software goes back to the original.

Running LST UPGRADEREC tells me that the upgrade failed - 'the configuration upgrade failure'

Where can I get more information about this. What could be causing this failure?
