Problem description
A 2288H V5 was configured with an Avago SAS3508 RAID controller card and the RAID controller card is reset.
A message is displayed indicating that firmware initialization starts.
Analysis process
1. A RAID controller card failure is recorded in the iBMC log.
2. According to the OS log, the number of ECC errors on the memory of the RAID controller card has exceeded the threshold.
The ECC bucket threshold is 15.
Root cause
The RAID controller card is faulty.
