HI,Vlan is a virtual local area network (LAN) that is used to isolate broadcasts on the switch.
There is a field in the data packet to mark which vlan it belongs to. This field can only be marked with a vlan when it is designed. If it belongs to multiple vlans, it can not be used to isolate the broadcast.
