1. Change the name of the flow file by referring to Configuring Flowsby referring to Commissioning Guide > Verifying the Voice Self-Service > Verifying the IVR Service > Configuring VDN Information in the eSpace CC Product Documentation.
2. Log in to the IVR server as the icd user and verify that the files in /home/icd/icddir/bin/Y: on the IVR server are the same as those in /share/vpshare on the file server.
If the two directories contain different files, re-map the shared directory on the file server to the local directory on the IVR server by referring to Configuring Directory Mapping.

3. If the fault still persists, obtain help through the channels described in Help Channels.
