when connecting local huawei storage 18800V3 with heteregenous storage what is the best way to link these storage
did we need to dedicate the first 2 FC ports for storage zoning for example
and dedicate the 2 other FC port for server connectivity (provisioning)

yes，You can use one port on each controller to connect to heteregenous, controller A, and controller B.
