HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

when I go to router settings to advanced Wi-Fi settings section, I can't find an option to change to 160MHz (20/40/80/160MHz), is it a factory error !!! the problem exists even after updating the router to the latest version .

Hello, friend!

I had the same type of problem with the AX3 before.

Note that the frequency bands used by different countries vary. You can query the WLAN channel list on the website to query the WLAN channels supported by your country.

Of course, you can also provide a version of your city and equipment to be confirmed by us for you.

Thanks!

Hi, my friend!
The Jordan area does not support 160 Mbit/s bandwidth.
For more information about regional channel bandwidth, visit the following link:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_WLAN_channels
Thanks!

Another note:
The channels supported by the products of different vendors are different and the specifications are different, which does not affect the use of the products.
You can compare the signal strength and speed to see if there is a significant difference.
