15 min - 24 hours dumps empty
Hello I need to return for help with this issue, maybe you guys can help me to confirm:
you how customer can create a task to get 15-min and 24-hours performance logs atumatically.
I informed him that he need to:
1. Open the Network Management app and choose System > Task Schedule > Task Management from the main menu.
2. In the navigation tree of the Task Management window, choose Database Capacity Management.
Customer response:
Those task settings were already done, but the dump files are empty.
also confirmed that All NE’s are sync with NCE
Performance is enabled on all NE’s
So as you recommended I suggested to create a new case:
But after he cannot tried to create the task, it seems that he cannot choose any NE from the list:
Why he cannot create performance task? Or why dump are empty for 15-min and 24-hours, since the tasks are configured already.
Can you please help me to confirm what is wrong configured?:(
