Hello everyone,

How can I reset bios password?

Is it possible to reset bios by replacing jumpers on motherboard?

I can not find information in user guides about jumpers and bios password.

Hi, dear!

You can not reset the BIOS password by jumpers.

The Jumpers just can reset the IBMC password.

You can do as follows to reset the BIOS password:

1. Upload BIOS update biosimage.hpm to /tmp via WinSCP.

2. Run SSH command "ipmcset -t maintenance -d upgradebios -v /tmp/biosimage.hpm"

3. After BIOS update. Password reset to default (Admin@9000).
