phenomenon:can not quickly provision VM,rename fails.

[11030]creating VMs:Failed to rename newly created VMs,Please check that the network environment is normal,and create VMs again.

there are many failure mode for rename fails.at first ,we need check the log.

step1:ask for customer provide the log file as below:

 C:\ITA\tomcat\vDesktop\WEB-INF\logs\R5C10\log\VDESKTOP\

2.after checking log,we found this error:fail to build computer name by namepolicy../No avaliable name to use

step3:from this log,we know it should be customer only set 1 bit digit in name rule, that means customer just can create 9 vms, when create 10th VM,system will report error.

root cause:from this log,we know it should be customer only set 1 bit digit in name rule, that means customer just can create 9 vms, when create 10th VM,system will report error.

Solution:

Modify the number of digists,this issue will be solved.
