    Hi Guys!


I have a Huawei S6730-S24X6Q Switch. I installed a 1G copper SFP on one of its ports.It works as 1G no problem!

I want it to run 100 Mb.

how can i define

Hi Abdussamed,

In auto-negotiation mode, set the interface rate.

The auto speed command sets the auto-negotiation rate of an Ethernet electrical interface or a GE optical interface with a GE copper module installed in auto-negotiation mode.

In non-auto-negotiation mode, configure the interface rate.

The speed command sets the rate of an Ethernet interface in non-auto-negotiation mode.
