1+1 linear MSP changed to two-fiber bidirectional MSP ring

Pay attention to the following aspects: 

1.  Ensure that the rates of all links are the same. 

2.  The east and west SDH boards must be installed in paired slots. 

3.  The equipment supports the MSP function. 

4.  During the reconstruction, check whether the last half timeslot of the working channel of the 1+1 linear MSP is occupied. Disconnect the protection channel of the 1+1 linear MSP and add a new site. After the optical path is commissioned, delete the 1+1 linear MSP, and then create an MSP ring.
