The Wi-Fi function of the device is under security control. By default, the Wi-Fi password is hidden. To deselect Hide, perform the following operations based on your role:

if you are an enterprise user, you can use the NMS to deliver a VAS profile to modify device configurations;

if you are a home user, because this option is disabled in gray in the screenshot provided by you, the device may be a customized product of the ISP. In this case, you need to seek a solution from your local ISP.
