ALM-21814 BSS Internal Voice Channel Abnormal

Alarm Description

This alarm is reported when the internal speech channel in the BSC is abnormal.

Possible Causes

• The software running on the TNU or DSP is faulty.

• The software running on a main control board or TRX board of the BTS is faulty.

• The software running on the Abis or Ater interface board is faulty.

• The cable connections between TNU boards in different subracks are incorrect.

• The cable connections for the Abis and Ater interfaces are incorrect. For example, there may be a crossed-pair connection.

• The TNU or DSP hardware is faulty.

• The Abis or Ater interface board is faulty.

• A main control board or TRX board of the BTS is faulty.

• The transmission between the BSC and the BTS is faulty.
