XXXX电信开通电信联通共享站不通案例

 

一、故障描述

XXXX联通反馈我司ipran割接完成后,融合设备上没有路由,电信共享基站不通。

  二、故障处理

1、经过检查融合B设备配置发现,添加rule 9999之后,接口就学不到对端的arp,导致直连接口不通

  rule 2001 permit ip 11.28.160.0 0.0.7.255 6.29.2.0 0.0.1.255

  rule 2002 permit ip 11.28.160.0 0.0.7.255 6.28.2.0 0.0.1.255

  rule 2003 permit ip 11.28.160.0 0.0.7.255 6.29.4.0 0.0.1.255

  rule 9999 deny ip any any

因此将融合B设备上的rule 9999配置删除,此时联通反馈路由生效。

2、接下来联通反馈基站仍然不通,采取逐段分析的方法排除问题。

首先排除电信融合B设备-ER-EPC路由问题,在融合B设备上面进行ping处理,发现到6.28.1.125又丢包问题,解决分析过程如下:

 

因为IPRANCN2都是负载分担的工作模式,报文可能走到另外一个B设备上面,所以看到有时候ping不通,有时候能ping通;具体现象:在一对B设备上面的B设备ping包,出现类似50%丢包的问题:

当成对的两台B设备同时打开debug  ip icmp packet  的调试开关,这时候再进行观察:

基站能同时ping通两个MME的地址即可,因为传输路径都是ECMP的,如果需要观察,需要主备路径同时观察报文才能判断;该问题就是这个情况,对基站来说都是单发双收的,只收能收到应答报文,从哪个方向收到的报文并没有关系!

3、接下来处理融合B设备到联通融合B设备-联通基站的下行方向问题

在融合XXXXB设备上ping基站地址,返回结果

但是在通信融合B设备上ping基站的网关,结果是可以ping通的。

进行trace命令,trace结果是:

在联通融合B设备-电信融合B设备接口地址来回跳转。

经过分析讨论,确定:

150.139.88.101对接的华为联通的设备路由配置有问题,配置默认路由环路了或者配置错误,导致报文从这个方向走的时候不通;从150.139.88.102这边可以ping通他的基站

4、    为了排除联通方向配置成环的路由,申请联通对默认路由进行删除。

再次找到XXXX联通协助查找是否配置了路由成环时,联通答复查找不出问题。怀疑是联通配置的路由可能成环路了,让他们删除默认路由,然后配置到两个EPC的静态路由。联通答复完成后,结果还是ping不通。

此时再进行trce的时候,直接没有下一跳地址,应该是联通设备对接融合设备没有向下路由,或者做了其他配置:

融合设备B1,我们融合B设备配置的是静态路由,到联通融合设备BFD正常,静态路由即生效,trace过去就无结果了

联通答复成环路由删除后,配置成EPC路由地址,我们trace直接无下一跳,证明联通XXX对接融合B设备配置路由有问题,因此,申请联通对配置再次进行检查

5.最终XXXX联通华为IPRAN华为工程师答复修改了与XXXB设备对接设备VPN参数后,业务正常,反馈无线在两个EPC服务器上均建链正常。

三、故障总结

   中兴9000E设备按配置规范无需配置rule XXX deny ip any any,本故障由与割接人员未严格按照规范配置数据时导致业务不通的一个原因,另由于联通侧VPN配置错误导致单侧路由不通也是导致该故障的一个原因,因此在处理故障时需全方位、多角度排查故障,故障的发生不一定局限在一处。
