Unable to open newly added IGWB client in UMS

Failure of newly added IGWB to UMS client may be because of license related issue, LMT client of iGWB etc. 1. If there is licence problem, contact with Huawei/concern group to fix the issue. 2. If there is problem in LMT client, then it may cause error message. In the time of starting client a prompt of the message "There is no application program Frame.exe or your NE client setting up is wrong" will appear. Check the LMT client of iGWB on the UMS client PC, if there is no LMT client of iGWB istalled in the PC, then the LMT client of iGWB in this PC need to install,and then try to login UMS client again. N.B. UMS intergrated the MML client of SoftX3000, so we dont need to install the LMT of SoftX3000 in UMS client PC. But for iGWB, this is diffrent, we need to install the LMT of iGWB, then UMS can lunch the client application. |
