Trap receiver disconnection alarm

Alarm module consists of trap receiver and alarm server sub function modules where trap receiver receives and analyzes SNMP alarms and alarm server processes alarms and receives MML alarm information directly. When the connection between the trap receiver and the alarm server is abnormal, a disconnection alarm is generated. When a disconnection alarm occurs on the trap receiver, 1. Restart the trap receiver. Choose Fault > Setting > Trap receiver. On the Trap receiver dialog box, choose the trap receiver. Click Restart button to restart the trap receiver. 2. Restart the faulty service. Log in to the Watchman client. On the Service tab page, select EmfFaultDm under N2000. 3. Right-click, and choose Stop Process to stop the process. And then, Right click, and choose Start Process to restart the process. |
