How to take a trace in MSS and TSS

MSS trace: It is required to investigate of circuit related issue for own network.

At first, select Maintenance at the bottom, then select UserInterface in the left side. Trace can be taken by selecting IMSI, MSISDN etc in User Input section. Give your input and select combination as per required.

TSS trace: It is required to investigate of circuit related issue for own network to other network. 

It is done in the same way of MSS
