There should be specific counters for these KPIs , you may refer to the UMG performance measurement documentation. I am sure any of the huawei vendor support personnel can help you get this document or check online Hedex support.

Call Drop Rate, you can create a statistic (No. of Virtual Media Gateway->Context Management Statistic->Create Contexts Success Rate),the Call Drop Rate is 1 minus the statistic;

I cant understand the other items
