Dynamic Cell Power Off:

In the multiband network, the GSM900 band is used to meet the requirement for network coverage, and the DCS1800 band is used to absorb network traffic. For details of the multiband network, see Multiband Network Parameter  Description. To reduce the power consumption of the whole network, the feature of dynamic cell power off is introduced to the multiband network. When the traffic volume is low, the power amplifiers of all the TRXs in the 1800 band cells are shut down and the GSM900 cells provide services for all the subscribers, so that the power consumption of the whole network is reduced. When the traffic volume increases, the cells that have been shut down are enabled again, thus meeting the requirement for traffic volume.

The Dynamic Cell Power Off feature includes two parts:
