Emergency Call

This feature is introduced in UMG8900 V100R001.

When a mobile user presses the emergency key, the call is connected to the record notification device that prompts the user to call the first-aid center. In this case, the user can make the emergency call with no subscriber identity module (SIM) card inserted in the mobile station (MS)/user equipment (UE). This feature complies with the 3GPP 22.003 "Circuit Teleservices supported by a Public LandMobile Network (PLMN)."

This feature provides emergency call services. Users can use emergency call services.
