1. First check HLR profile. Type LST SUB, using MSISDN or IMSI, check details

NAM = BOTH; means both voice and data service is provisioned.

Check APN is given as per network requirement.

2. Then check SGSN is updated or not. Type LST DYNSUB, using MSISDN or IMSI, check details

SgsnNum= *******

SgsnAddress= ######

etc have been updated or not.

3. Then, asked user to use internet, analysis trace

4. If problem exists, then contact with experts.
