Field Maintenance & Operation AT ATM MOBILIS

First Meet

I started to maintain Huawei RTN equipment since August 2013.

previously i have just a little experience in using Radio transmission equipment PDH of NEC

then now ,i can tel that  am the most experienced and the well known Engineer in My company especially in RTN 900 Equipment,

first of all, I have done a training of 3 weeks within the university of Huawei , then after that i met a very gentle lady "her name is Hebe" , she helped me a lot , i was eager to learn about the equipment that i spend most of my time reading all the newest books of the Equipment,

then go to work to try and verify my knowledge that i get from reading

What Ive Learned :

I always check my knowledge by experiencing it in the equipment without surely affecting any kind of service, then sometimes i make  questions in the support website and get the answer, i sometimes even Open trouble tickets for some questions that i couldnt find any answer.

After that , my Boss watched and noticed my level , and in the last he has given me a a very good gift among all my collegues.

AT LAST I really wish, from the deep of my heart :

a better tomorrow for Huawei transport documentation!
