After analysis,there are two fault point(BLU in Frame0 Slot3 and NET in Frame3 Slot8)  is found in this problem

Please perform the following steps to solve it(the steps should be perform in the night when the service is not busy):

 1.Run command to reset FE Lanswitch as following

     DBG CMD:FN=0,SN=3,BP=BACK,CM="bsp 5338 rst";
     DBG CMD:FN=0,SN=3,BP=BACK,CM="bsp 5338 init";
     DBG CMD:FN=0,SN=3,BP=BACK,CM="do funccall byname FamNETBLUSet5338Switch";
     DBG CMD:FN=3,SN=8,BP=BACK,CM="bsp 5338 rst";
     DBG CMD:FN=3,SN=8,BP=BACK,CM="bsp 5338 init";
     DBG CMD:FN=3,SN=8,BP=BACK,CM="do funccall byname FamNETBLUSet5338Switch";

  2.Check whether the alarm clear ot not.If the alarm not cleared then Please plug out the board and plug in again of BLU Board  in Frame0 Slot3 and NET Board in Frame3 Slot8

  3.If still the alarm persists then Please replace the two boards(BLU in Frame0 Slot3 and NET in Frame3 Slot8)

In my case, alarms were cleared after executing the debug commands.
