Procedure for Solving IGWB FTP problem.(CDR pulling not possible through ftp): ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 1.start Netmeeting and connect to IGWB0 & IGWB1. 2.Find out which IGWB is active by viewing small "light symbol" glowing in menu bar. 3.In active IGWB go to ------> C: > iGWB > Config >ini 4.Open igwb.ini file and find out IGWB billing FTP ip. In row NIC no. 3 IGWB1 orig IP, IGWB2 orig IP,Virtual IP can be found. 5.Virtual Billing IP always connects with active IGWB,so by ftp Virtual IP you always connects with active IGWB. 6.Now try to FTP to IGWB0 & IGWB1 by using following procedure. 7.In cmd prompt do as below:cd ftp 10.xxx.yyy.zzz/13 USERNAME:XXXXXXXX PASSWORD:YYYYYYY **Username & Password for FTP to billing IP will be corresponding Node name. **Ftp Ip third octet always starts with 18. if ftp login possible to both IGWBs then it confirms No problem exists in IGWB ftp resource. if not possible then check whether ftp service enable/disable in IGWB.GO to MY computer icon,press right button of mouse ,go to manage>services. Now check whether "FTP publishing service" is started or not.If not then restart the service and try FTP. 8.If no problem found in ftp then do as follow: (i) Go to active igwb using Netmeeting remote desktop (ii) Go to ------> C: > iGWB > Config >ini. Open IGWB.ini file. (iii) Check line heading Configuration of Backup Task. (iv) check whether source and destination directory configuration corrupt or not.It should be like below: SourceDir=E:/backsave/Second/X3KM/normal DestDir =E:/backup/RTRRESP/filebaseddst1/Ready (v) Copy this configuration from another live node IGWB.ini file and paste accordingly.Save the new ini file. (vi)swap the active IGWB from IGWB client. (vii)now again swap recently active iGWB.So previously problemetic IGWB will active again using new ini file configuration. ****problem should be solved now********* Note: 1. In E:/backsave/Second/X3KM/normal location source file generated and tt file of last 1 month stored. 2. In E:/backup/RTRRESP/filebaseddst1/Ready destination directory ftp pulling done by billing server. 3. In E:/backsave/X3KM/normal directory daywise last 1 week tt file stored . |
