Please go to the E:\backsave\second\X3KM\Normal location of active IGWB (default IGWB0)
and find the required file. Copy this to E:\backsave\RTRESP\filebaseddst1\Ready location.

The second location is used by the mediation to pull the files. So in normal cases only few number of files can be found there.

To access the IGWB win, just use the physical IP and then go to the \E$ drive.
This drive can be accessed through both the nodes.
If in any case the file is found missing in IGWB0, check IGWB1 for the file.
