After being configured, the Layer 7 traffic measure
feature needs to be commissioned to ensure that only Layer 7 application
layer traffic is measured.

Prerequisites

Conditions

The Layer 7 traffic discrimination configuration has been completed.
For details, see Activating the Layer 7 Traffic Discrimination Feature.
The UGW9811 is interworking properly with interconnected network elements
(NEs).
A third-party packet capture tool has been installed
on the mirroring interface of the UGW9811s interface connecting to
the access side or PDN side.
