Radio Signaling Link Disconnected

This alarm is reported when a signaling link between the BSC and a BTS carrier is disconnected. The TRX board automatically shuts down the power amplifier (PA), and all the services carried on the board are interrupted. If the TRX is the BCCH TRX and the TRX mutual aid function is enabled, the cell can still provide services even if the alarm is reported.

reasons/:

? The transmission link between the BSC and the BTS is faulty.

? The cabinet is not properly grounded.

? The Abis transmission cable is not properly grounded.

? The software running on the BBU or TRX board is faulty.

? The BBU or an optical module inside the TRX board is faulty.

? The CPRI optical fiber between the BBU and the TRX board is faulty.

? The BSC interface board is faulty.

? The main control board or TRX board is faulty.

? The main control board version does not match the TRX version.

From our Experience, we see that, maximum time when 2nd/3rd/4th..  E1 down, this alarm appeared.
