Carrier configuration error(RRU)

This alarm is reported when the carrier attributes are configured incorrectly or the common configuration of GSM and UMTS modes conflicts.

Specific Problem of the alarm(ARFCN and TRX Type Mismatch, Incorrect Signaling Channel Configuration, Co-Cell Configuration Error, Carrier Configuration Error-Configuration, Carrier Configuration Error-RAN Sharing, Carrier Configuration Error-ARFCN, Carrier Configuration Error-Bandwidth, Carrier Configuration Error-Frequency, Carrier Configuration Error-Excessive Power, Carrier Configuration Error-UMTS Conflict, Dual RRU Power Sharing Configuration Error-Bandwidth)

main Reason of this alarm is the user configuration is incorrect.

For alarm, Carrier configuration error, we need to check the TRX power of the RRU.If 4 trx configured in one port then the power must be 15W for each trx.If 4 trx configured in different ports (A and B) then the power must be 20W for each TRX. 

Frequency range should be in limit (planned range), need to check.
