Checking Environment Conditions

This section describes how to check installation conditions in an equipment room.

The check items include:

• The illumination conditions must meet the requirements for device maintenance. There must be normal illumination, standby illumination, and emergency illumination systems.
• The equipment room is equiped with verified thermometer and hygroscope, and the air conditioning system ensures a good temperature and humidity in the equipment room.
• Effective ESD-preventive measures are taken.
• The equipment room is equipped with enough fire-fighting facilities.
• The equipment room meets the quakeproof requirements. The floor in the equipment room is solid enough to install and fasten the device.
• Safe lightning-proof measures are taken for the equipment room.
