How to add resources to the Fusion Manager and configure the resources as a system administrator. After a system administrator adds and configures resources, a service administrator can use these resources to provision VMs, applications, or dedicated servers.

A system administrator can prepare the resources required by VMs and dedicated servers in advance, facilitating the VM and dedicated server provisioning performed by a service administrator. The resources required by VMs and dedicated servers can be obtained as follows:

For VMs: Create data centers and zones, add hypervisors to data centers and associate the hypervisors to different zones, configure computing, storage, and network resources, and add the required physical devices to monitor the devices.
For dedicated servers: Add bare-mental servers and configure network resources to be used by the dedicated servers.
