lMessage Function pIn the MOC scenario, this message is sent by the calling MS/UE to the network to provide more information (called party BCD number and calling party subaddress, for example) required to continue the MOC. pIn the MTC scenario, this message is sent by the network to the called MS/UE to provide more information required to continue the MTC.
lTransaction identifier: Distinguishes a few message flows for a given protocol discriminator and a given SAP. Such a message flow is called a transaction. lRepeat indicator: Indicates how the associated repeated information elements should be interpreted when included in a message. lBearer capability: Describes the supported bearer capability. lCalled party BCD number: Identifies the called party. lLow layer compatibility: Provides a means for the addressed entity to perform compatibility check.
